EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

  • We only offer exchanges or refunds on defected items. Defects must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order or they will not qualify for a refund.
  • We do not accept cash refunds. All refunds are made via bank transfer.
  • If the item ordered is defected under quality control, your order will be cancelled and you will be notified.
  • We do not offer refunds on a wrong size ordered. Please always refer to the size chart before confirming the order.
  • We offer the best color match to our clothes shown in pictures. However, please note, colors may differ slightly due to lighting in pictures and dye on the fabric.
  • ZOYA UMER has the right to cancel your order if the item is out of stock, and does not pass through quality control.
  • Once your order is processed you are not eligible to cancel it.
